Procedure: The activity is structured as a competitive “Master Class”:
Welcome & Briefing (approx. 15 min): Participants are welcomed with an aperitif. The supervising Chef presents the challenge, explains the rules, and forms the different “brigades”.
The Culinary Challenge (approx. 1.5 – 2h): Each brigade takes charge of creating one part of the menu (from starter to dessert). Guided by the chefs’ tips and tricks, the teams must collaborate, organize, and manage their time to get their dishes ready.
The “Top Chef” Style Judging: The Chef(s) evaluate each brigade’s creations. Points are awarded not only for the taste and presentation of the dish, but also for key B2B skills like organization and team spirit.
The Tasting (approx. 1.5h): The entire group comes together to taste the dishes prepared by all the teams, sharing a moment of conviviality.

100% Mobile (Adapted for the Ardennes): We bring the activity to you. The workshop is set up directly at your seminar location, private gîte, or a suitable meeting room. Our partner has confirmed experience with mobile events in the Ardennes (including Durbuy, Spa, and Stoumont).
“Terroir” Focus: The challenge is based on fresh, seasonal products. The menu highlights regional products, such as beer, chocolate, or other local specialties.
“Dynamic Jury” Option: For a touch of originality, add a professional host (like “Daisy Croquette”) who will energize the atmosphere, facilitate interactions, and spice up the workflow within the teams.
