Pit Stop

Objective: Strengthen team cohesion, communication, and coordination within your company through a fun and competitive activity in a prestigious setting.

Procedure:

• Welcome and Briefing:
  • Participants are welcomed in a dedicated space at the circuit.
  • Presentation of the activity, safety rules, and objectives.
  • Team formation (number of participants adaptable).
  • Presentation of the equipment used (tires, tools, etc.).
• Training:
  • Each team practices performing a tire change on a race car (static vehicle).
  • Supervision by motorsport professionals to correct movements and optimize performance.
• Competition:
  • Teams compete in a race simulation with timed pit stops.
  • Each team member has a defined role (tires, refueling, etc.).
  • The fastest and most efficient team wins the competition.
• Debriefing and Award Ceremony:
  • Analysis of each team’s performance and areas for improvement.
  • Award ceremony for the winners and souvenirs for all participants.
  • A friendly moment to share impressions and strengthen bonds.
